Moldex Realty Inc. is now a major sponsor of TV5 Star Factor, a reality-based talent search formally launched on September 12, 2010 on national television and will air at TV5 every Sunday from 5:30pm to 6:30pm. Star Factor will be on the lookout for teen idols who have the qualities and features of an artist with untapped potential such as good looks, exceptional talent, charm and the capacity to attract various types of audience. Moldex Realty Inc. will be awarding a house and lot to the big winner of the Star Factor search of TV5. Also, another house and lot will be given to a lucky winner whose name will be picked at the grand draw during the coronation night. Those who are interested can join via text through TV5's Star Factor every Sunday 5:30 to 6:30pm. Star Factor is hosted by Ruffa Gutierrez, who herself is now an established superstar. Not only will she serve as a role model for the show’s would be contestants, but will also serve as the handpicked teens' mentor, big-sister and even a good friend. Star Factor's panel of judges or The Star Makers will be composed of Talent5 head actor-director Audie Gemora, who in turn will be the panels' chairman. He will be working with writer-director Joey Reyes and ace fashion photographer Raymond Isaac, Ryan Cayabyab and Annabelle Rama.
